Our ocean front studio offers a serene and inspiring setting for creativity and personal exploration. With the sound of waves gently crashing against the shore, this unique combination of reflective writing and intuitive art making can enhance emotional development by providing a holistic approach to self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Students are invited to immerse themselves in six tailored guided autobiography sessions that navigate individuals to reflect on their personal journeys. Through structured prompts and supportive discussion, participants are encouraged to explore their memories and share their stories. This process not only fosters self-discovery but also builds connections among classmates.

This powerful combination of visual imagery and personal writing, facilitates participants in connecting to inner wisdom, identifying life goals, and finding meaning in them.
Following the proven technique of guided autobiography, participants will recollect and write on six life themes that can be the basis for a legacy collection, or personal reflection.
Collage is a captivating medium. Students will be inspired from the three I’s. Using images, imagination, and intuition, workshop participants will create and interpret their collage cards, gaining clarity and a deeper understanding of their personal history.
